Collection of media accreditation cards for the funeral of the late Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi: 15 to 16 Sept

Members of the media who have applied for accreditation to cover the funeral service of the late Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, are requested to collect their accreditation cards a follows:

Day One:

Date: Friday, 15 September 2023

Time: 10h00- 20h00

Venue: Old Legislature Building (Old Council Chambers) Cnr. Princess Magogo and King DiniZulu Highway, Ulundi

Day Two:

Date: Saturday, 16 September 2023

Time: 07h30- 11h00

Venue: Old Legislature Building (Old Council Chambers) Cnr. Princess Magogo and King DiniZulu Highway, Ulundi

NB: Members of the media are advised to bring along their ID’s and press cards or letter from the editor on the collection of accreditation.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a Special Official Funeral, Category 1 for the late Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi. The State, Official and Provincial Official Funeral Policy of government accords Special Official Funerals, Category 1, to persons of extraordinary credentials specifically designated by the President of the Republic of South Africa.
