MORE revelations have emerged on the last few days of the late monarch, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, Alaafin of Oyo, during which he regaled loved ones with tales of death. According to Dr Festus Adedayo, who is acknowledged in the palace as one of Alaafin’s adopted sons, the late Oba was all about death during his last visit to him in the palace. Adedayo recalled that during that visit on March 2, Alaafin revealed to him that he had already prepared the place he would be buried, disclosing further that he had even informed the Oyomesi, (the kingmakers), about how he wished to be buried.
