A 12 – year – old girl was raped allegedly by her uncles aged 28 and 36 at Iilambo Village in the Okahao Constituency of the Omusati Region . The Namibian Police Force Omusati ‘ s Regional Commander Commissioner Ismael Basson , told Nampa on Saturday that the alleged incident took place on various occasions at unknown days this year . ‘ The suspects , both uncles to the victim reside in the same house with the victim , and allegedly raped the victim on various occasions ,’ he said , adding that the matter was reported to the police by a social worker , who was informed by the victim ‘ s parents . According to Basson , the 36 – year – old suspect was arrested , while the 28 – year – old suspect is yet to be arrested . Police investigation into the matter continues .
