Bloemfontein: The South African Police Service (SAPS) Limpopo Marathon Club continues to excel in the sporting arena, showcasing outstanding performances at the 2025 Makoro Marathon held on 22 March 2025, in Ga-Molepo village under Mankweng policing precinct.
According to South African Police Service, the event saw SAPS Limpopo joined by members from SAPS Gauteng and SAPS Head Office Marathon Clubs, fostering unity and sportsmanship across provincial boundaries. The SAPS participants delivered impressive performances, securing multiple podium positions across various categories.

The Provincial Commissioner of Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, applauded the participants for their exceptional performance and dedication, emphasizing the importance of maintaining physical fitness as part of effective policing.
