President Museveni has said the region must strengthen its economies and empower its people so as to deal with emerging security threats. Mr Museveni made the remarks last Friday while meeting a delegation from the Command and Staff College Duluti in Arusha, Tanzania. “You cannot deal with security threats unless you also deal with the economy.
