WESTERN CAPE – With our focus on serious and violent crimes in this province, members of the Flying Squad reacted on a tipoff and conducted a search at a residence in Vera Street, Scottsdene, Kraaifontein yesterday.

The search led to the discovery of two homemade firearms, also referred to as zip guns, and the subsequent arrest of two male suspects aged 17 and 23. The suspects will face the charges against them tomorrow in the Blue Downs Magistrates court.
