Tshwane Police Investigate Connection in Murders of Four Women

Tshwane: Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths of four women in Tshwane over a two-month period. The investigation aims to determine if there is a connection between the cases, where the bodies were discovered between June and July 2025.

According to South African Police Service, three of the burned bodies were found between Watloo and Denneboom train stations within the Silverton precinct. The fourth body was discovered in a shallow grave in the Eersterust policing precinct on Wednesday, 31 July 2025.

A dedicated task team has been formed to investigate these cases. The team includes seasoned detectives, crime intelligence, forensic services, and crime scene experts, all working to trace the perpetrator or perpetrators involved in these murders.

Police are urging the public to come forward with any information that might aid in their investigation or assist in apprehending those responsible.
